Tools

StoviGo Setup
- Preheat: 5 minutes
- Heat: High
- Cook time: 8–10 minutes
Instructions
Step 1 – Clean the Prawns Rinse tiger prawns thoroughly and devein. Set aside.
Step 2 – Roast the Prawns Arrange the prawns on the grill rack. Place on the 2nd rack of the StoviGo and roast for 3 minutes, then flip and roast for another 2 minutes until cooked through and lightly charred.
Step 3 – Build the Tree Trunk Take a broccoli stem and insert a bamboo skewer through the base to keep it upright. Stand it in the center of a serving plate as the Christmas tree trunk.
Step 4 – Layer the Leaves Working from the bottom up, overlap individual lettuce leaves (butter, green flame, Cantonese A, red curly) in alternating layers around the trunk to form a full tree shape.
Step 5 – Decorate & Plate Arrange the roasted prawns around the base of the tree. Decorate with bell peppers, cauliflower florets, and any other colorful vegetables to complete the holiday centerpiece.
Tips
- Use a variety of light and dark green, plus red lettuces, for the most visually striking tree
- Keep the prawns simply seasoned to let their natural sweetness shine
- Cherry tomatoes and edible flowers make beautiful ornaments on the tree
